Normally you will receive the personal information you have requested from us within 1-2 business days, but please note that it may take longer at times.

Information must be submitted/transmitted in a secure manner. If you send the request by e-mail, and unless you request otherwise, the information must be provided in a normal electronic form.

We cooperate with PostNord for the transport of goods and we provide personal information that is necessary for them to be able to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the carriers is name, address and phone number. The information is deleted from the carriers within 36 months, unless the current legislation states otherwise.

Payment solutions

All information is securely stored with Shopify Payments and Klarna , which is our payment partner. Klarna is certified according to the card companies' strictest regulations, PCI level 1.

Promote products

We process your personal data to send marketing via e-mail or social media. The processing is necessary to satisfy your and our interest in being able to market products.

Handle incoming cases

Personal data is processed to communicate with you as a customer and answer requests and matters that come to customer service via digital channels. The processing is necessary to satisfy your and our interest in being able to handle customer service matters.

Rights and Choices

You have the right to request access to your data, which is provided by us in the form of a so-called register extract (purpose, categories of personal data, categories of recipients of personal data, storage period or the criteria for how the storage period is determined, information about where the data has been collected). If we receive a request for access, we may ask for additional information to ensure what information you want to access and that we are disclosing the information to the right person.

Statistics online

We collect unidentified visitor information at . The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information on the website. Examples of what the statistics answer to are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used. The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. Unidentified means that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is identified so that only the first three groups of the address are used to generate statistics. In addition, the IP addresses are processed at the aggregated level, that is, all data is combined into a group and not processed individually. We use the analysis tool Google Analytics on our website.


We send out newsletters via e-mail. In order for us to send e-mails, you must register an e-mail address. The email address is stored in a separate database, is not shared with others and is deleted when you unsubscribe. The email address is also deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.
